Overview
SigningHub is a digital signing platform for document preparation, workflow, approval, and creation of legally binding electronic signatures. It supports advanced and qualified electronic signatures using remote signing with HSM-protected keys, and provides audit trails, multi-user workflows, mobile-ready browser access, APIs, and connectors for platforms including SharePoint and Salesforce.

The Challenge
Many organisations need to move from wet-ink signatures to electronic signatures for contracts, approvals, and regulatory submissions. However, the legal standing of an electronic signature depends on the assurance level applied. Simple electronic signatures may not carry sufficient legal weight for regulated transactions, whilst qualified electronic signatures require specific technical infrastructure including HSM-backed signing keys and identity-verified certificates.
Organisations also need document workflow capabilities — routing documents through multiple reviewers and signatories in a defined order, capturing audit trails, and integrating signing into existing business applications. Without a dedicated platform, these processes remain fragmented across email, print-and-scan, and manual coordination.
What It Does
SigningHub provides a complete document signing workflow platform. Documents are uploaded, prepared with signature fields, and routed through configurable approval and signing workflows. Signatories can review and sign from a web browser or mobile device without installing additional software.
The platform supports simple, advanced, and qualified electronic signatures, enabling organisations to apply the appropriate assurance level to each transaction. For qualified signatures, SigningHub integrates with the ADSS SAM Appliance for HSM-backed remote signing with QSCD-certified key protection. Audit trails record every action throughout the workflow, providing evidence of who signed what, when, and the method used. The platform is aligned to eIDAS, ESIGN, and UETA regulations, with APIs and connectors enabling integration into existing document management and business systems.
