We were engaged to assess the overall health of an Enterprise PKI service recently transitioned service from an incumbent supplier. The scope included a documentation review, governance and operational processes, architecture and the technical health of PKI platform components.​

A report detailing the findings of the health check review with evidence driven and prioritised recommendations which informed a remediation roadmap and investment case.​

Operational responsibility of the PKI service was recently transitioned to the service provider. This process did not deliver a typical knowledge transfer or documentation set and this lack of information required the Consultant to forensically analyse the technical platform to inform assessment findings.​
